Moving On, College and Skillet

So it's actually been a few weeks since I've actually posted anything, but I have a simple explanation for this: life. It's been fucking with me lately. Some days have been good, and some days have been hellish.

For example, last week, in order for me to actually move forward emotionally, I ripped up my prom picture and deleted Riko off of my Facebook, and that includes pictures (thanks to Kristi, who just automatically started doing it for me while I had a mini tear fest), videos and statuses, too. I'm not gonna lie, it did more damage to my still-hurting heart, but it had to be done. I'm done moping over someone who obviously stopped caring, and I'm done believing that he still wanted to stay friends when he never even gave me the time of day. I'm just done. Hopefully I find someone here who will help me get over him completely, and I'm so happy I have friends who support me and are willing to fully help me through this process.

College is awesome, but I'm starting to realize how busy I really am. So far, I have something going on every day this week (besides classes), and Kristi and I have accepted the fact that we have to run to Walmart at least once a week. Besides all that, I still love it here. I'm still debating on whether or not I'm going home during fall break, and I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't.

So this past weekend, I journeyed to Cedar Point with Stephan and Nikki to see Skillet for a second time. They performed the same set that they did at Alive in June, but it was still amazing nonetheless.

Well, that's all I have to say for now. It's 3 AM, I have a class at 9, and I'm mentally smacking myself for still being up.
