Day 18: list 25 interesting facts about yourself that not many people know.
Good job, day 18. Throwing me a curve ball. There's not much that "not many people know" about, so I'm just going to list 25 random things. Many you know, some you don't:
1) I've never been to the west coast, and I hope to one day visit California with my friends.
2) I've been to 10 concerts: saw Backstreet Boys twice and Skillet twice (first time was at the Alive concert fest, second was at Pointfest with Red), Idina Menzel, Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, Warped Tour (All American Rejects, Sum 41) and Carnival of Madness (Shinedown, Sevendust, Chevelle, Puddle of Mudd, 10 Years).
3) I'm a huge roller coaster fan, though there are some I am still weary about going on.
4) My roommate and I were born 4 days apart.
5) Squirt is my only first cousin on my mother's side of the family.
6) I was in the drama club all four years of high school, but turned it down at college to (attempt to) get my mental shit together.
7) My current favorite movie is a tie between Thor and The Avengers. My all-time favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption.
8) Some of my favorite actors include Tom Hiddleston, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hanks, Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith.
9) I pissed myself while jumping rope at recess in fifth grade.
10) My biggest ambition was to publish a book by the time I graduate college.
11) While in New York City my junior year, I tripped on a pothole and badly bruised my knees while crossing the street in Chinatown. They were so gross that my mother forced me to post pictures of them on Facebook.
12) I am constantly in a mindset where I think that everyone I know is against me, which got worse when Riko and I broke up since we had so many mutual friends.
13) I must have bacon on my pizza. Shit will go down if I order a pizza and there is no bacon.
14) I'm a cat person.
15) My favorite band is Three Days Grace. I still have yet to see them live.
16) I've been to Disney World six times.
17) I have over $800 worth of Manga in my room at home.
18) My favorite musical is Wicked.
19) My hate for the Twilight franchise and Taylor Swift burns with the white-hot intensity of a thousand suns.
20) My favorite comedian is Gabriel Iglesias.
21) I'm a huge Legend of Zelda fan, yet I haven't even played half the games or finished any of the ones I have, although thanks to YouTube I know how the story ends and how to fight Ganon/Ganondorf when I eventually get to it. From what I played, my favorite is Twilight Princess.
22) Once upon a time, my mother forbade me from owning video games. Then along came my Gameboy Advance, Game Cube, DS, Wii and PS2.
23) I am a die-hard Harry Potter and Powerpuff Girls fan.
24) I can't sleep with pajama pants/shorts on. I just can't. I move around too much and they get twisted and I get wedgies and IT'S NOT COOL.
25) My favorite colors are black, pink and purple.
Note that none of these are as embarrassing as the things my family and close friends can come up with.
